Since 1986 Kontos restaurant, on the beach of Mikri Vigla, continues to offer you Aegean and local Naxian
specialties made of homemade ingredients and products from the villagers’ farms of Naxos Island.
Our menu is created to offer you classic Aegean recipes and traditional tastes of Naxos.
Greek cuisine has a great variety in flavours among which we always select and prepare for you the best.
In our kitchen we use only fresh and biological products that we grow in our own farm in Mikri Vigla, cooked in Greek
virgin olive oil. Some of our homemade products are goat and lamb meat, chickens, fruits like melons, water-melons
and grapes, and many groceries like tomatoes, aubergines, zucchinis, peppers and potatoes.
As a genuine traditional restaurant and taverna, at “Kontos” you can enjoy our homemade barrel wine and the original
Greek “raki” or “tsipouro” produced from our own vineyards according to the local distilling methods and procedures.
The high standards of producing and selecting the raw materials and the respect to tradition and quality have
established restaurant "Kontos" over the years as one of the finest in Aegean and Greek cuisine.
